Hearing postponed for man accused of child abuse
The preliminary hearing in the case against a Skiatook man charged with two counts of child sexual abuse allegedly perpetrated against two girls, ages 12 and 13, has been passed.Richard Ray King, 65, was scheduled to begin his preliminary hearing on Monday but the date was passed to Oct. 2.King was originally the subject of a quarter of a million dollar warrant on the charges, but the bond was reduced to $25,000 at his arraignment in March.According to the probable cause affidavit in the case, problems for King began when the victims in the case reported to a school counselor that King had molested them and that it had been "on-going and continuous." .
